How Do I post bail with a credit card?

Our procedure is simple. We will send you a two page bail bond Agreement and a credit card invoice.  You will sign the Agreement and fax, or scan/email it back along with a copy of the front and back of your card. The invoice allows you to enter your card information and by clicking the  Pay Now button, the charge will be made. It is always good practice to call the customer service number on your card and let them know you plan to make a charge for the designated amount on the invoice. This may prevent a fraud alert.

Cash Bail Bonds Page

Sometimes the court will set bail as cash-only instead of the more common “secured” form. When the court sets bail as cash-only it means the only thing the court, or jail will accept is cash. The typical secured bond that Flagstaff bondsmen post will not be accepted.
